1. DM us for inquiries and pricelist.
2. Please be sure in ordering before filling the form.
3. Fill up the Order Form with all necessary information.

4. Send the Order Form via Instagram Direct Message or Facebook Messenger.
5. Wait for our confirmation on the availability of selected items and payment details.
NOTE: Confirmation receipt and invoice will be given within 24 hours after submission of order form.
6. Once your order has been finalized, you will receive the total amount for payment.
7. Send us proof of payment.
NOTE: Settle payment ON or BEFORE the deadline. Failure to pay on or before the payment deadline will forfeit your order/s. Cancellation fee is 50% of the total price of your orders.
8. Buyers will be given the chance to update their necessary information before shipping it out to the couriers.

How long will it take my Milk & Biscuits order to ship?
- Orders will be ship within 1-2 business days from your order date (for Metro Manila) and 2-3 business days from your order date (for Provincial), via www.lbcexpress.com, and should be delivered within about 1-3 business days. Tracking numbers can be seen in our website’s “tracker” button and will also be sent via direct message or sms once picked up. But don't hesitate to email us at [email protected] for enquiries. Shipping time may change depending on volume of orders placed -
Do you accept orders for grab/angkas/lalamove deliveries?
- Yes! we accept such deliveries, but only within Metro Manila. Shipping rate depends on the location and traffic at the time and will be shouldered by the buyer -
What is (COP) Cash on Pickup?
- Cash on Pickup is a mode of payment where the buyer pays the amount due (₱95) upon picking up the item from their chosen lbc branch -
What to do for delayed shipments and lost or damaged parcels?
- Delays of shipment and/or lost or damaged items once delivered by the courier service will not be our liabilities. We ensure that items are packed and sealed well before we have them shipped. But rest assured that we will assist you when following up the items -
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
- Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds. Although we do allow items to be exchanged (with valid reason) within 3 days upon receiving the item/s -
